Healthy Tradition is healthy food manufacturing company that was established in 2015 by women with a strong philosophy oriented on healthy lifestyle and creative way of thinking. The business is owned and operated by women with the same values. Healthy Tradition produces branded certified organic gluten free vegan snacks and gluten free bakery. Assortment includes unsweetened fruit/vegetable and seeds bars, creative cookies, granola and protein crisps among them. The company uses gentle slow dry manufacturing technology. The ingredients are plant based: fruits, vegetables, berries, seeds, raw buckwheat and local superfoods. No added sugar, syrups or sweeteners.

The company manufactures certified gluten free products at dedicated allergen free facility.
All products are in free from segment – with no gluten, lactose, eggs and nuts. Healthy Tradition substituted nuts to sprouted seeds, honey to organic figs.

Why we avoid syrups?
We do not consider any syrup to be a healthy choice. Understanding of this came after the searches by the owners of @anna_plentify and @anna.dopira of the most dangerous sweetener and a detailed study of the methods for producing natural syrups and their effect on the body.
